HubBox offered their customers the ultimate in personalised delivery - both location and delivery speed are customisable. This ensures customers get exactly what they want, with no compromise necessary.
Lords at Home already had a Click & Collect option for their own 6 London-based stores - HubBox developed the technology to allow Lords at Home stores to be displayed within the HubBox technology as “private” Collect Points, as well as taking their Click & Collect offering nationwide with HubBox’s locations.
We recommended separate customer journeys for the two types of Click & Collect. This way we do not interfere with previous fulfillment and delivery systems.
When a Lords store is selected, our widget passes over the information to Lord’s existing in-store collection solution.
We have installed and customised our Magento plugin, making sure it fits in with Lords’ branding and target audience. The design was influenced by their checkout type as well as trying to ensure the checkout journey is as simple as possible for customers.
We have also created branded communication materials to promote customer loyalty with Lords even while using HubBox’s network.
