How it works


1. Click & Collect at your checkout

Once our easy-to-install solution goes live, your customers will be offered Click & Collect delivery to one of our Collect Point locations across the UK. The integrated map is customised to match your brand.


2. No change to your courier

You’ll use your own courier to deliver the goods. You don’t have to change any of your normal fulfilment processes, and your customer will still have access to all the shipping speeds and options you already offer.


3. Secure storage at trusted local shops

Our Collect Points are hand-picked from the most trusted local shops on the high street. They receive the goods, log it in using our proprietary software, and store securely.


4. Contact on the channels your customers want

We email your customers with a unique Collection Code so they can pick up at their convenience. We also provide a free app so customers can receive push notifications and have their details on hand.
